It really is. If you don't believe me, let me walk you through an average day:
- Wake up around 10 AM
- Eat breakfast, check emails, attack Google reader, etc
- Go to the gym
- Eat lunch, shower, read the Wall Street Journal
- Maybe do some reading or other homework
- Run errands (there are ALWAYS errands)
- Some combination of dinner, watching TV, puttering around doing nothing
- Read (for leisure!) and go to bed around midnight
If you're smart, you might be wondering "Aren't you a student? Shouldn't there be classes in there somewhere?"
The answer to that is that yes, I do go to class, but not on the average day. Why? Because my school week starts at 7 PM on Tuesday and ends at 9:30 PM on Wednesday. In that 26.5 hours, I have 3 classes. And then my 5 day weekend begins!
I also work occasionally, but the catering business is super slow this time of year, so getting as many shifts as humanly possible means I'm lucky if I get 2 shifts a week. Once things pick up again in March, I hope to work at every free possible second because damnit, I need that cash money.
Sometimes my days are peppered with social things, like finally seeing Avatar or hitting up Thirsty Thursday. Sometimes not.
As if my life weren't awesome enough, I love LOVEEEEE my classes. So even that part of my week is fabulous. More on my classes later.
I am legitimately sad because my life is never going to be this great ever again. Le sigh.

Wow, this sounds like the sort of schedule I would totally LOVE. Colour me jealous. :(
Your life is so awesome.
A few years ago I had a schedule like that - I had classes from 1 PM on Tuesday - 3:15 on Thursday. It was the BEST! I miss it. A lot.
