If you do not want to read my schedule of upcoming great things, I totally understand because this is just going to be a braggy list of fun. But here are the highlights of what's coming up in the land o' NotTheMermaid.
MARCH
3/8 - Nets game
3/9 - St. Patty's pub crawl
3/12 - dinner at applewood, my favorite restaurant pretty much of all time
3/14 - Brooklyn Brainery class on party planning, which I'm excited for even though I think I could probably teach it (hello, remember Galentine's Day? I'm an awesome party planner)
3/29 - Archer Live. If you don't watch Archer, YOU'RE DOING LIFE WRONG. Archer Live is where all the actors who voice the characters get together and do readings of some of the best scenes and..it's going to be amazing
* I should probably not jinx this but I am really hoping to also have some awesome job related news by the end of March. If I don't, I will be super cranky. But if I DO, it will be very exciting. SPOILER ALERT: I'm applying for a new internal job. Like, moving-to-a-new-seat-a-few-feet-away-from-where-I-currently-sit internal.
APRIL
3/30 - 4/9 - LONDON AND DUBLIN. I am so ridiculously excited for this trip I might pee myself. I have never been to London or Dublin and I just apskldjf[wiejfwe[aodkfalksdf DYING
4/26 - 4/28 - Seattle for a college friend's wedding. I'll only be there for 48 hours but I'm going to squeeze in as much West coasty goodness as I can
MAY
5/4 - 5k mud run (and, if I can somehow make it back in time, Lacey's daughter's (AKA my pseudo niece's) 1st birthday party! How the crap is Sadie already a whole year old? Ridiculous. PS - we're cute)
5/26 - my friend from high school's wedding. I'm super pumped for my first ever NYC wedding! Going there and back on the subway? Yes please.
JUNE
6/1 - I have to work this entire weekend and sell my New Kids on the Block/Boyz II Men ticket that I was supposed to see with Lacey and THIS IS THE WORST THING BLARG
6/21- 6/24 - Firefly music festival! 3 days of camping and music and general ridiculousness and the Red Hot Chili Peppers (!!!!!)
6/28 - 6/30 - Jess is tentatively visiting! Which means everyone in NYC should get all their eating in now because there won't be any food left by the time we're done
JULY
7/19 - Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z at Yankee Stadium. STOP IT, I can't even.
AUGUST
8/1 - 8/4 - trip to Niagara Falls and the Grove Festival, which is a festival that is insanely cheap where we had no problems buying tickets and we found an affordable hotel within walking distance and everything just fell into place because apparently Canada is a magical land where everything is just perfect (any of you who also tried to buy tickets to Firefly or any other festival this summer will feel me on the pain involved). Plus, Macklemore and Girl Talk are at this festival and can we talk about how MACKLEMORE AND GIRL TALK ARE GOING TO BE AT THIS FESTIVAL DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW AWESOME THIS IS. Okay.
Okay, I'm done. Sorry. I'm just so pumped for the next few months and this isn't even everything! I just can't stop thinking about this time one year ago when I was sad and unemployed and my first Stratejoy post was about to go live.

I am super jealous about Archer live. Oh, and Dublin/London. I have been to London... you will LOVES it with every fiber of your being.
Wow, there is a lot to comment on here. First, YAY FOR LONDON AND DUBLIN. I cannot wait to hear about it.
Second, I don't watch Archer, but I love the idea of the reading.
Third, I LITERALLY CANNOT WAIT TO COME VISIT YOU. We are going to eat like it's nobody's business.
ALL THE THINGS. So many fun things! I'm super jealous of your London & Dublin trip - I was in London briefly a year ago and it was amazing but I want more. And Dublin? SO JEALOUS.
